In 2007 Camp Joslin will be hosting its annual Life After High School Program for young men and women in their junior and senior years of high school at the Chabot Center of the Barton Center for Diabetes Education in North Oxford, MA.
As young adults move from high school into the next step in their lives they encounter many new life changes. Adjusting to new living situations, new friend groups and demanding class or work schedules is especially challenging for a young adult who lives with diabetes. During Camp Joslin's Life After High School program participants engage in activities and discussions designed to provide more information that will help make this transition much easier. Come to Camp Joslin to learn techniques and tips from diabetes experts who have been through college with diabetes while staying healthy AND having a great time.
