Counselor in Training (CIT) Programs
2007 Schedule
Co-ed Ages 15 ½ -17
GROUP A: June 23—July 20 (four weeks)
GROUP B: July 21—August 17 (four weeks)
In our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program, young people make friends that last a lifetime. Participation prepares young people of sound character and outstanding leadership potential for camp and leadership positions related to working with children in general and children with diabetes in particular. The leaderships skills our CITs learn are applicable not only at Camp but in all areas of their lives. Under the program our CITs learn the humanitarian ideals of youth service, an appreciation of the outdoors, and significant details about insulin-dependant diabetes in children.
