 Primary care physicians and other healthcare providers refer patients to Joslin because of the range of specialty services we provide. JoslinCareTM becomes part of their total healthcare plan.
Our JoslinCareTM model ensures that each patient receives personalized and individualized care based on his or her specific educational and medical needs.
Providers may refer patients for specialized care at Joslin's Latino Clinic, or for our diabetes education classes. If you are a patient and would like to come to Joslin, please have your healthcare provider contact:
